At aiayu, we strive for lasting quality and timeless design; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags securely attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
